Case Studies
Due to confidentiality reasons I am unable to share a large proportion of my work publicly, but would be delighted to share my portfolio on a one to one basis. 

Chester Zoo Pop up restaurant

Following the success of the 2018 event, we were challenged to create a bigger and better experience for 2019. We increased capacity from 26 to 60 ticket holders per night, but despite this the tickets still sold out within 2 hours of their release.

Re-positioning the event into the popular Islands space of the zoo, we took inspiration from the Philippines to design and build a pop-up restaurant within a bamboo shack.

​

The concept included bespoke crafted props such as birdcages, lobster pots, stunning fabrics and more. Long, rustic tables, dressed in plentiful tropical foliage – and twinkly lights, of course – produced a warming, community atmosphere.

​

On arrival, guests enjoyed a stroll through the Islands for a mini zoo/jungle-like experience. Whilst animal spotting, they were treated to mouth-watering canapes and custom designed cocktails. On to the 'restaurant', guests enjoyed a seven-course taster menu, with each course inspired by Chester Zoo’s amazing, world-wide conservation work.

Private Client Wedding

When two very busy professional decided to get married abroad, a location was required that would be suitable – and fun – for friends and family in the UK and Australia. Our solution: an action-packed weekend in Las Vegas.
 
We devised a Thursday to Sunday itinerary that allowed for jet lag and unusual eating times, with all excursions tailored around individual guests’ wishes. So while some took a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, others took advantage of the personalised maps of the Las Vegas strip, we produced for them.
 
The wedding ceremony was live streamed for absent friends, before the happy couple and their guests were whisked off to The Stratosphere for a free play on the rides at the top of the observation tower and a meal in a private dining suite. As well as planning the entertainment and the wedding day itself, we took care of group flights, transfers and accommodation, including allowing guests to add extra days or arrive from different locations beforehand.
